Seven Years Later.
Seven years ago, Swagger started in a garage.
Not because it was part of some grand entrepreneurial plan. It was simply the space we had, the work was there, and we believed we could build something better.
The timing couldn’t have been much worse. A new business. A pandemic. A lot of uncertainty.
What started as a couple of laptops, cameras, and folding tables quickly became long days, late nights, and an endless cycle of figuring things out as we went. Every project mattered. Every client mattered. Every invoice mattered.
There wasn’t a moment where everything suddenly changed.
No viral campaign.
No massive account win.
No overnight success story.
Instead, there were hundreds of small projects, thousands of emails, countless production days, and a lot of people who trusted us when we were still proving ourselves.
One year turned into two.
Two turned into five. The garage became an office. The office became a studio. The client list grew. The team grew. The expectations grew.
Today,
People see the finished version. The studio. The sets. The cameras. The work. The brands.
What they don’t see are the early mornings wondering where the next project would come from, the constant problem-solving, or the reality that most of the growth happened one relationship and one project at a time.
Looking back, that’s probably what surprises us most. Not how much has changed. But how much hasn’t.
We still love making things. We still get excited about a new idea. We still obsess over the details. We still believe great work wins.
Seven years later, we’re still building.
And we’re just getting started.
